We have numerous different departments in our new hotel, with a wealth of exciting employment opportunities for those with or without hotel experience in food and beverage, sales, revenue, front office, maintenance, kitchen and housekeeping.

We are looking for team members with a fantastic attitude and sunny outlook…remember at Drayton Manor Hotel our guests will range from corporate to families, so you need to be ready for anything (including fancy dress!) Hard work will be key but the rewards will be worth it all…..

Guest Hosts Vacancies

The award-winning Drayton Manor Theme Park is one of the countries success stories with more than one million pleasure-seekers a year passing through our gates. We are the current holder of a ‘Gold’ Access for All Tourism Award issued by Enjoy Staffordshire for achievements in the leisure industry and have been awarded a ‘Certificate of Excellence’ by Trip Advisor.

Here, excitement, laughter and fun is the daily norm! As the region’s No. 1 family run attraction, we have something for all ages (the kids and the big kids)! We pride ourselves on always striving to make the guest experience the best it can be, ensuring that our guests leave us with a big smile and some great memories.
In preparation for our 2014 season, we are looking for enthusiastic people to join our friendly team. We have a number of roles across retail, ride operations and catering and offer opportunities and flexible working for all ages and backgrounds.
We promise to bring the best out in you, through training and by giving you experience in a lively, fun environment. We offer rewards for exceptional customer service and for going the extra mile as well as free access to the Park whilst you are employed here and a free allocation of tickets to share with family and friends. In addition, discounted bus travel, free onsite parking and a subsidised lunch provision is all in place for you to take advantage of each day. More than anything however, the biggest rewards you will receive is seeing our guests having a fantastic time and knowing that YOU were responsible!
The small print……working in a theme park is hard work and not for the feint hearted. In busy periods, we can be responsible for creating fun for 17,000 guests. We are therefore looking for you to remain up-beat and professional, wherever you are working, at all times and in some cases in all weathers. You must be able to deal with large volumes of people and have the ability to stay calm and remain confident when dealing with our guests.
The days can be long, particularly in peak periods with some evening and weekend working required. We are particularly keen to hear from applicants who are available to work Monday to Friday and those who are fully flexible.
